The Virginia Muslim American Assembly (VMAA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the civic engagement, social justice, and community development of Muslim Americans in Virginia. Our purpose is to empower Muslim Americans to become active participants in the democratic process, foster greater understanding and cooperation between Muslim and non-Muslim communities, and address the social, economic, and educational challenges facing Muslim Americans in Virginia.
